Endocrine pathology, including diabetes mellitus, significantly affects the immune response characteristics to microbial invasion and, as a result, balance of oral cavity in normal conditions and periodontal diseases. The aim study was evaluate antimicrobial efficacy mild periodontitis nonsurgical treatment patients with type II mellitus different duration endocrine disease. It is shown that before start therapy, dependance pathology duration, bacterial flora pockets groups different. standard therapy also demonstrated varying degrees effectiveness, on background positive both groups, trend normalization microflora newly diagnosed more evident.
